Yasar J. Bokhari, CPA is the founder of Bokhari Consulting CPA, P.C which has offices in New York & Florida. Yasar has provided tax and advisory services to high net worth individuals, small & midsize businesses, investment partnerships, private equity & real estate funds for over 22 years. Yasar has extensive experience in structuring businesses to maximize tax savings. His clientele crosses over a wide variety of industry sectors including construction, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, professional services, investment banking & IT/software development.

Yasar advises his clients on a wide variety of issues including business formation and structuring, federal, state and local corporate tax matters and tax planning strategies as well as accounting and administration issues. In addition, Yasar also provides clients outside of the United States tax strategies in Investing in the United States and related tax implications as well as US tax clients that maintain & own assets outside of the United States.

Prior to forming the firm, Yasar was a Tax Manager in the New York office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he advised various middle market businesses and investment partnership clientele. Prior to that Yasar was a senior tax associate in the New York office of Ernst & Young, LLP where he advised various real estate, hedge fund/private equity clients in US and international tax issues.

Yasar earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Queens College.
